“Pineapple Jello Pie”
Hey, I bet you guys have never heard me say this before!
But seriously, this recipe has a total of 4-5 ingredients (if you include H2O).
Ready, take out your pen and paper.
Pineapple Jello Pie
* Graham Cracker Crust
* Pineapple (in syrup) – 1lb / 41/2 oz.
* 8 oz cream cheese – softened
* lemon jello
Drain pineapple juice from pineapple. Boil pineapple juice (about 1 cup) + 1 cup of H2O. Add lemon jello and dissolve. Pour 1/2 of jello liquid over the softened cream cheese and whisk together. Pour into graham cracker crust and chill until solid. Add sliced pineapple chunks to the top and pour rest of jello pineapple syrup mixture on top. Chill. Once set, ENJOY!
Lemon + Pineapple you would assume would be really tart, however surprisingly the cream cheese made it very sweet. & it was just a really nice refreshing summer treat. Even the store bought graham cracker crust was tasty!
